I have been practicing bankruptcy law for over 20 years. I have helped hundreds of people get out from under seemingly insurmountable debt. I have saved people's homes from foreclosure, eliminated 2nd mortgages and stopped evictions.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
Early on in my legal career I saw bankruptcy as a way to help people in dire straits. There is nothing more rewarding then having a client tell me that I lifted a tremendous burden off their shoulders.
What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others
I obtained my initial bankruptcy training from the Consumer Bankruptcy Advocacy Project, a non profit that assists indigents with filing for bankruptcy. I have taken many hours of continuing legal education to stay abreast on the latest changes in the law including the 2005 amendments to the Bankruptcy Code.
What distinguishes your law firm from others?
When you hire my firm you will be represented from start to finish by the samwe lawyer. You will find my staff pleasant, professional and prompt. The process will be explained to you in a step-by-step manner so that you are not surprised at any point.
After graduating from Rutgers University in 1988 I attended Villanova Law School. After graduating in 1991 I obtained bankruptcy training from the Consumer Bankruptcy Advocacy Project (CBAP). CBAP is a non-profit that assists indigent debtors with filing for bankruptcy. In 1994 I began to work for a large suburban law firm and eventually took over the firm's bankruptcy practice. In 2005 when Congress significantly amended the Bankruptcy Code I took the necessary continuing education courses to continue practicing bankruptcy in Pennsylvania. In 2013 I started my own firm where I continue to represent individuals who face financial troubles and can benefit from filing bankruptcy.
