Ms. Anderson has been practicing law since 1996 and has 20 years of experience. For the last two decades, Ms. Anderson has split her time in Juvenile and Family Law court. She has recently stopped practicing family law and has dedicated herself to the practice of juvenile and guardianship matters. Prior to joining the firm (Of Counsel), Ms. Anderson worked with the Juvenile Defense Panel as an appointed attorney in the Juvenile court. She has years of experienced in the Juvenile court fighting for children's rights and well-being. When not working on behalf of children and guardians, Nicole loves spending time with her 9 children, which she has adopted over the years, and her grandchildren. H. William Edgar

As a Riverside native, Attorney Bill Edgar has been recognized as one of the best family law attorneys in the Inland Empire. He grew up attending grammar and middle schools in Riverside and graduated from Arlington High School. Attorney Bill Edgar chose to stay in the Riverside area to practice law because of his ties in the community and his commitment to bring quality legal services to the community that he felt loyal to. He is active in various community organizations including soccer, Little League, church and other activities. He is married and has one minor child and three adult step children.
Attorney Edgar's practice is exclusive to family law. He is the founder of the Law Offices of H. William Edgar, APLC and the principal trial attorney. Attorney Edgar makes every attempt to settle your matter, however, he tries between 25-30 cases a year. He has been in private practice since 2004. Previously, he was an associate with another law firm handling family law, personal injury, civil litigation, construction defect, medical malpractice, and criminal law. Since 2004, he has limited his practice to family law.
Bill Edgar attended University of California at Santa Barbara and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and History. He attended Southwestern University School of Law and graduated in 1998. He took and passed the July Bar Exam and was admitted to practice in California in December 1998.
It is widely recognized that family law is one of the most traumatic areas of law for the client. Mr. Edgar is highly respected in both the legal community with other lawyers and the judges. As the principal trial attorney for the firm, Mr. Edgar handles dozens of trials every year. He also handles appeals and writs in the California Appellate courts and has argued cases in the California Court of Appeals. His firm has successfully reversed a judgement in a non-published opinion in the court of appeal.
He appears regularly in the Riverside Superior Court, both in Riverside and Hemet, San Bernardino Superior Court, Orange County Superior Court and various courthouse throughout Los Angeles. A divorce is generally financially devastating to both parties, which is why Attorney Edgar attempts to keep the legal costs reasonable so that each party can pick up their lives and move on. Jeremy Roark

Family Law Attorney Jeremy N. Roark. Attorney Roark is currently an active member of State Bar of California and practices exclusively Family Law. He is the managing attorney in the Temecula office and handles family law cases throughout Southern CA.
Attorney Roark graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from University of California Los Angeles. He then earned his Juris Doctor Degree from University of California Hastings College of the Law, in San Francisco California, one of the most prestigious law schools in CA.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of H. William Edgar, Attorney Roark worked at various family law firms in the Inland Empire. Attorney Roark is familiar with the local courts and has represented numerous clients in various family law matters. Attorney Roark was recruited because of his knowledge of the law, familiarity with the courts, and zealous advocacy of his clients.

John Cannon

John F. Cannon is a Certified Family Law Specialist with vast experience in all aspects of family law litigation, ranging from complex and high-net-worth matters to custody and domestic violence issues. Since becoming an attorney in 2004, Mr. Cannon has practiced solely in the Southern California Family Courts of Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties.
Prior to joining The Law Offices of H. William Edgar, Mr. Cannon held managerial positions as Partner, Supervising Attorney, and Senior Associate Attorney at three Southern California family law firms. Mr. Cannon also previously founded and administered his own family law firm, where he utilized his invaluable experience in every aspect of family law proceedings, from inception to trial.
Mr. Cannon's experience and expertise in Family Law have not only assisted him in achieving the status of a Certified Law Specialist but has also led to being appointed as counsel for indigent defendants in contempt cases by the San Bernardino Superior Court. He has also been a featured speaker at continuing education seminars for other family law attorneys, including the NBI Advanced Family Law MCLE Seminar.
Attorney Cannon has been a member of the following organizations: San Bernardino County Bar Association - Family Law Section; Association of Certified Family Law Associates; Orange County Bar Association - Family Law Section; San Diego County Bar Association - Family Law Section; East West Family Law Council Bar Association; and has served on the Board of Directors for the East West Family Law Council.

Brian Dow

Brian R. Dow is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of H. Willam Edgar. Mr. Dow is a native of Southern California and a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Dow went on to attend Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.
He has experience handling family law matters including child custody and support, division of marital assets, paternity and domestic violence. He is admitted to the California State Bar and the United States District Court for the Central of District of California. Attorney Dow is very dedicated and compassionate.
