Gregg Pinto

Before entering private practice, Gregg began his career at the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office. At the Brooklyn DA's office, Gregg initially worked on assault, gun and drug possession, shootings, robberies, and DWI cases. Gregg was soon promoted to the prestigious Rackets Division. In the Rackets Division, Gregg investigated Grand Larceny, Fraud, Police Brutality, Police Misconduct, Corruption, Perjury, Counterfeiting, and Hate Crimes.
Gregg was the Assistant District Attorney in charge of several high-profile Firearms-Trafficking investigations which garnered the attention of the New York Times, the New York Post, the New York Daily News, New York 1, and the WCBS-NY News, among other media outlets. In 2012, Gregg capped his distinguished career at the DA's Office by running a Firearms Trafficking wiretap which safely removed 87 firearms from the streets of Brooklyn.
Using the skills he learned at the Brooklyn DA's office, Gregg primarily practices criminal defense, commercial litigation, civil litigation, and landlord/tenant law. Gregg is admitted to practice law in New York State, as well as the Southern and Eastern District of New York Federal Courts. In 2014, Gregg was chosen to serve on the Referral Panel of the Kings County Criminal Bar Association. He is also a member of the New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, and the Brooklyn Bar Association.
Gregg lives in Staten Island with his wife, Allison (whom he met in law school), and their daughter, Claire. In his spare time, Gregg enjoys traveling with his family and cheering on the Knicks, Giants and Yankees.
