Firm Overview

I am a Massachusetts based disability attorney that has helped thousands of people throughout New England collect Social Security and Veterans disability benefits. I have seen every judge in the region numerous times and understand what each judge is looking for at hearing. That experience gives my clients the best chance of winning their claim.

My clients have direct access to me whenever they have questions or concerns. You have my cellphone, call me anytime - 617-913-6200.

I never charge a fee unless you are approved, and you owe me nothing up front. Because I understand that travel is difficult for many of my clients, home visits are available. Consultations are always free.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I started representing disabled individuals right out of law school after my father took a job with a branch of the VA Healthcare System. The things that he saw made me want to help those who needed help the most. Social Security disability and Veterans disability law were the logical areas in which to begin to help.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

I have personally represented clients in over 1,000 hearings throughout New England. I have seen every judge in the region numerous times and understand what each judge is looking for at hearing. That experience gives my clients the best chance of winning their claim.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

You talk to me personally whenever you have a question. If I am in court, I will call you back the next day. Because we talk so often during this process and I get to know you and your family, I can present your claim to the Social Security Administration in such a personal way that you become more than just a number to them.

Graham Wright

I have represented clients in over 1,000 Social Security hearings in New England and counting. I have been before each judge in the region numerous times and understand what each judge is looking for at hearing.

I began my legal career representing clients in Social Security disability, Veterans disability and workers compensation matters. After recognizing a passion for personal injury law, I expanded my expertise to include the litigation of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, slip/trip and fall and dog bite claims.
