Franklin Montero now specializes in real estate and bankruptcy cases, but began his career as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey. As a clerk, Mr. Montero became a certified mediator and gained extensive experience mediating and settling varied cases. He mediated and successfully settled approximately 180 matters during this clerkship.

Frank S. Montero

Franklin is a graduate of New York University and Rutgers School of Law, Newark. In addition to his law practice, he lectures at Fairleigh Dickinson University in economics and business law. He also has a Master’s Degree from Fordham University and is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Montero is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars and is admitted to federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also admitted to the District Court of New Jersey.

Franklin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA).
