Mr. Weinstein has been appointed to the Assignment Judge's Family Law Committee, as a Member on the Early Settlement Panel with the Superior Court of New Jersey, and as a Member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District Ethics Committee.

Megha R. Thakkar, Esq. is a Senior Associate of our firm and a member of the state bars of New Jersey and New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University. Ms. Thakkar received her Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law where she was a recipient of the St. Thomas More academic scholarship and named to the Dean's List. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Thakkar worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrea G. Carter, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division in Middlesex County. Ms. Thakkar presently serves as a Trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association. She is fluent in Gujarati.
Kaitlin Kennedy joined the Law Offices of Edward R. Weinstein as an associate in 2011. Ms. Kennedy received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she participated in the International Human Rights Project at the Center for Social Justice during her second year. Ms. Kennedy was a recipient of the American Board of Trial Advocates Scholarship. Ms. Kennedy was also awarded the Chancellor academic scholarship. Ms. Kennedy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey, where she was a member of the Lamda Pi Eta Honor Society as well as a member of Delta Zeta. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kennedy practiced both family and criminal law. Ms. Kennedy has successfully litigated multiple criminal and matrimonial trials. Ms. Kennedy has also interned with the Honorable Peter G. Sheridan, United States Federal Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ann Fabrikant, Esq. is an associate of our firm and has devoted her practice primarily to Family Law. Ms. Fabrikant received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University, where she graduated with Honors. Ms. Fabrikant is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and New York State Bar. Additionally, she is a member of the Family Law Section of the Middlesex County and Union County Bar Associations. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fabrikant was an associate for a well known Springfield law firm. Ms. Fabrikant also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James F.
