Landlord and Tenant
Landlord-Tenant law firm representing Maryland landlords since 1997.
This firm practices Landlord-Tenant law exclusively and has served Maryland landlords since 1997. We are very efficient in this practice area and, therefore, can handle any type of L-T case at very competitive rates. We practice in Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Howard, Harford, Prince George’s, Montgomery, Carroll, Frederick, and Baltimore Counties. We represent all landlords from owners of one rental property to owners of large apartment complexes.

We strive to provide high-level service at an affordable price. We are able to achieve this goal because Landlord-Tenant law is our sole practice area and because we utilize a web-based interface that enables our clients to transmit rent case information over our website, thereby eliminating the need for most data entry by clients and this office. We are a small firm, and our long-time employees provide a personal touch with our services.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

After practicing in multiple areas of the law for several years, Mr. Maher conluded that it would be best to focus on only one area of the law. He felt by having one concentration he could provide high-level service to his clients at an affordable price.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

It is likely that our fees are less than you currently pay another landlord-Tenant attorney, and we deliver our services with a personal touch.
