Social Security Disability
Delaney & Melkonoff, P.C. is a Phoenix legal practice devoted to helping people receive their Social Security and Arizona workers' compensation benefits.
With over 40 years of Social Security experience, we are able to assist with not only disability claims, but also Supplemental Security Income (SSI), retirement, and survivors' benefits. Too often people do not realize how complex the claims process is until their valid claim has been fully or partially denied. We can help facilitate the filing process, and also ensure that you receive the full amount of benefits available to you.
Workers Compensation
Based in Phoenix, Delaney & Melkonoff, P.C. is legal practice focused exclusively in the areas of Social Security and workers' compensation law.
With over 30 years of workers' compensation experience, we thoroughly understand Arizona's workers' compensation system, and how to help workers receive the medical care and compensatory benefits they need and deserve after suffering a job-related illness or injury.
