Nursing Home
At The Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, we have been practicing for the rights of victims and the families of victims of nursing home neglect and abuse for two decades.
Nursing home abuse and neglect is a touch reality to face. When we place ourselves and our loved ones in the care of others, we expect that we or our loved ones will be treated safely, securely, and with dignity and love, just as we would if we were the caregivers.

When there is a breach of this trust, it is a breach of the caregiver's fiduciary duties - and bringing a civil case forward against a Defendant is appropriate.

As civil trial lawyers specializing in complex nursing home abuse and neglect cases, we have unfortunately seen families damaged by the death or extreme injury inflicted on victims. Commonly, these injuries come in the form of ulcers and bedsores, open wounds that appear following long periods of lying in bed, and some cases can be horrific.

It's the responsibility of the caregiver to provide adequate and correct treatment and care for a patient, and that includes ensuring no bedsores develop.

But nursing home abuse is not limited to the appearance or development of bedsores. Abuse can come in many forms, both physical and mental.

It's always free to speak with one of our lawyers about your potential nursing home abuse or neglect case, so please call us at 1-800-GOLD-LAW or call local at (561) 697-4440.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

At The Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A., our main practice areas are auto and trucking accidents, slip and fall premises injuries, nursing home abuse and neglect, medical and legal malpractice, and heart attacks in public places.

These represent areas of focus that we've developed a record for success in our nearly 20 years. Some firms practice a much broader area of law. We keep our areas of focus small, so we have more time to focus and get better in our practice.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

Our attorneys:

-Are Board Certified in Civil Trial by the Florida Bar, the highest qualification a lawyer can receive
-Have been practicing for a combined total of more than 100 years
-Are AV-Rated by Martindale Hubbell, the highest peer-review a lawyer can receive
-Are listed as SuperLawyers, and are members of the Million-Dollar Advocates Forum
-Are licensed to practice law in Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
-Have all been in practice for a minimum of 20 years
-Are former judge clerks, former lawyers for insurance companies working on the defensive side
-Belong to the Florida Justice Association, are former board directors for the Palm Beach County Justice Association, and are involved in many non-profit organizations

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We focus on communications with the client, strengthening our relationships with our medical partners, which allow us to refer clients out for medical treatment, and we're small enough firm that our staff truly works as a team to solve our client's complex cases and deliver the highest results achievable.
