We are a debt relief agency helping good people get out of debt and file under the Bankruptcy Code where appropriate.
We can help eliminate student loans, second mortgages, judicial liens, car loans, rent, and even safely get you out of contract obligations.

This is your fresh start and time is money. Stop spending time making payments on debt that isn't going away. We can stop foreclosures, wage garnishments, and interest rates from causing your account balance to rise.

Bankruptcy as a powerful tool that accelerates your financial goal and puts you in the driver's seat. Call us before you cash in a retirement account, or call a family member to borrow money. We can help.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I am an advocate for a debt free America. I believe that you cannot achieve the American Dream by carrying or servicing debt. The FICO score only tells people how well you manage debt and I am here to set the record straight.

You MUST find the cheaper, better, faster way to get out of debt so that you can spend your money on what really matters most to you. Whether your financial goals are to own a home, buy a new car, save for college, and plan for retirement.

Why continue to pay high interest rates on debt, when you can get rid of it and move on with a fresh financial start.

We believe in partnering with our clients to help them get to their financial goals quickly and as economically as possible. We weigh the pros and cons of each option and design a strategy with you in mind.

We believe that no two families are alike. That's why we analyze your financial situation and explore all your options so that you can make a well informed decision for yourself and your family.

What ever your reason for calling, we can help.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We work with your clients from beginning and long after their case is over. We continue working with our clients to help them with credit repair, creditors that don't follow the rules, and other legal matters that may arise.

When you're here, you become part of our family and we practice what our grandmothers taught us, which is to treat everyone with respect and compassion.

We've been helping good people through the toughest of financial situations and have customer service at our core of values. Be sure to check out our reviews over at Yelp and Avvo. We look forward to serving you too.
