I work with individuals, couples and families to address their life and estate planning and protection needs, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, adoptions and guardianships. I provide adoption-related legal services for adoptive parents in a variety of circumstances. When a loved one dies, I assist in the administration of the probate estate or trust and the filing of inheritance tax returns. For small businesses, I handle business formations and advise clients concerning various business and employment matters. As a general practice lawyer, I accept many other types of matters on a case-by-case basis.
