Firm Overview

With more than twenty-five years of experience, we offer skilled, quality legal services that are personal, competent and affordable. Disability matters can be handled at no fee until a satisfactory outcome is obtained. Although I would be happy to meet with you to discuss any legal issue that concerns you, the most common work we handle is in the following areas: Social Security Disability; Wills and Decedents Estates and; Personal Injury.

Call to arrange a time for us to meet and discuss your legal concerns, usually without a fee. When you call with an issue outside of the areas we handle on a regular basis, we may be able to put you in touch with an attorney or firm who does handle those matters.

Home and hospital visits can be arranged.

Even if your problem isn't mentioned here, you may want to contact us anyway for a free telephone consultation. If we can't help you ourselves, maybe we can refer you to an attorney or firm that can.

If you are ill and unable to work, the government offers a disability program that pays a monthly benefit. Even if you've been turned down already, I may be able to help you with gathering the evidence you will need to prove your case and obtain the award of benefits on appeal. The consultation is free and there is no fee unless we win your case. Benefits are also available for minor children with serious illness or injury.

Allen Cohen

Allen Cohen obtained his law degree and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1986 and to the New Jersey bar in 1987. He is also admitted to practice before the 3rd Circuit of The U.S. Court of Appeals and The United States District Court for Eastern Pennsylvania as well as The United States District Court for New Jersey. Allen is a licensed Real Estate Broker, as well.

During the past quarter century, Allen has been engaged in a general legal practice handling both criminal and civil matters. His work has touched upon personal injury, social security disability and decedents estates and wills, which are the areas he now focuses upon. However, his broad experience in the law also includes real estate, collections, criminal defense, and workers compensation, so he can often assist with these matters or refer you to an attorney or firm that can help you.

The practice prides itself on offering quality legal services that are affordable and responsive to client needs. Client calls are usually returned the same day. Usually your case will be personally handled by Allen Cohen.
