Representing a wide range of businesses, from publicly-traded corporations to startups to individuals, Tali considers all aspects of her client's needs. She also assists in-house counsel within large legal departments with their overflow work. Tali delivers a fast turn-around of documents and offers competitive rates in order to meet her client's budget. In the event an issue arises outside of her field of knowledge, Tali is closely associated with a large network of attorneys in the Bay Area, to whom she can refer her clients and with whom she can collaborate.

After earning a Bachelor's Degree in History from UC Berkeley, Tali's interest in law led her to pursue further education. She completed her J.D. at the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1997, and received her license to practice law in California that year.

In the following years, during the dot-com boom from 1998-2001, Tali worked as in-house corporate counsel for a publicly-traded software company, and later for a privately-held financial services and technology company. She assisted both businesses with all legal matters, including:

Drafting and negotiating licensing, leasing and commercial agreements
Stock Option Plan preparation and management
Financing arrangements, including: loan agreements, Series financing from investors, and preparing private offering documentation
Mergers and acquisitions
Trademark registration, management and education
Overview of press releases, securities matters and employment matters

Later, Tali moved on to work as an Associate with two Bay Area boutique law firms, where she continued her transactional practice and developed further expertise in real estate matters, and corporate formations and governance.

Juliana Fitzpatrick

Juliana is our new associate and joined us shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was an officer for the USC Entertainment Law Society and a member of Western United States Semi-Finalist ranked Jessup International Moot Court Team, with an additional individual award for excellence in Oral Argument.
Prior to attending law school, Juliana graduated from Columbia University after completing a study abroad program at the prestigious University of Bologna. She also interned for the New York Historical Society and Christie's Auction House.
During law school, Juliana was a visiting student at Columbia Law School her 3rd year and completed internships for the Chief Judge of the Eastern District of New York, Raymond Dearie, as well as a corporate securities firm, Pomerantz Haudeck, ABC/ Disney Television, and Marvel Entertainment. Juliana particularly enjoys working on client's Intellectual property and media needs, including trademark registration, DMCA take-down notices, and maintenance of IP portfolio holdings.
