I am a solo practitioner who practices law in the State of Utah for over 19 years. I am very passionate about your legal needs. I practice in the Areas of Chapters 7 and 13 bankruptcy petition, Immigration, criminal and family law.
I have been a solo practitioner for over 19 years in the Wasatch Front of Utah Valley. I appear in almost all courts in the State of Utah, from Salt Lake County to Utah County. I am a member of the Utah Bar Association, American Bar Association, Minority Bar Association, and other local law group.
I served as a board member for the Utah Bar Lawyers Helping Lawyers for 6 years.
I also served as board member for Utah ACLU.
I volunteer with many different organizations, including March of Dimes, Puso at Diwang Pilipino, Ronald McDonald House and others.
I also assist clients with their debt problems, specifically dealing with debt collection and settlements.
I can assist clients with their debt problems, and specially settle their debts with creditors.
How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
I represent clients with wide varieties of legal issues for a reasonable amount of price. I am passionate about their legal needs and I provide every possible legal representation within the bounds of ethics and the law.
What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others
I have been practicing law in Utah for over 19 years from 1995 until the present. I have practiced law in Arkansas for about 2 years before coming to Utah from 2002 and 2004.
During the past 20 years, I practice in the areas of Bankruptcy, Immigration, Family Law (divorce and custody), Adoption and Guardianship, Criminal law including DUI, drug possession, and others.
What distinguishes your law firm from others?
I came from a different background in which I understand the middle income people. Besides English, I speak Tagalog and little Spanish.
I was born in the Philippines to parents who have strong disciplinary principle. When I was born, my parents lived in a small studio where our living room was also our bedroom and kitchen. My parents imbedded in me the values of education and ethics. They said that through education, I can do wonderful things, and whatever you do in life, you have to do the right thing.
