How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Never.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

No pro bono services. I serve the community by offering lower fees. I believe that people don't appreciate free services.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

I am a true advocate. I am more interested in helping the individual than in trying to get rich on fees. I truly love to help people who cannot help themselves.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I encourage clients to educate themselves on legal issues regarding their case. I also encourage potential clients to retain me before charges are filed and when they are asked to go into the police office for questioning. That is crucial to preventing the case from being filed.
