At The Law Offices of Mark C. Shumar, we are strong advocates for our clients. We have handled thousands of accident injury cases. 99% of our cases are successful. Most of our cases settle prior to court. In fact, cases are usually settled shortly after our client completes his or her treatment. We do not believe in delay. We will discuss all settlement demands and offers with our client before any settlement with the responsible party or insurance company.

If the responsible party or insurance company is unwilling to treat our client respectfully by offering a reasonable settlement amount, we will move to file a complaint with the proper court immediately. After filing the complaint with the court, the responsible party or insurance company will often contact our office in hopes of reaching a settlement prior to initiating litigation. However, we are prepared to handle our client's case through litigation and trial.
