As a Solo practitioner our policy is to have our Attorney, or assisting Attorneys, deal with every aspect of the case from inception to conclusion. We pride ourselves on working diligently and tirelessly until there is the best resolution obtainable for our clientele.
Our Firm uses mediation, arbitration and collaborative law as befitting our client's needs. We have participated in these alternative means of resolution for years and are well versed in their policies and procedures.
No; because of the small size and nature of our Firm, our practice leans more to the personal approach enabling us to deal with a select clientele to the best of our ability.
Our Firm is distinguished by our fast, efficient and intelligent approach to reaching out and responding to clients, listening to their legal needs and issues and proffering legal solutions. This practice allows us to get the best resolution for our clients and creates a relationship whereby our clients will always think of us first to solve all their legal needs.
We encourage our clients to self educate but also caution them as to why they may need an Attorney and the differences between self education and self representation.
