Is your firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

Yes. Must be in compliance with bar rules.

What are your policies about dividing work within the firm to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

We strive to keep costs down for all our clients. We keep overhead as low as possible while providing excellent legal service. Efficiency is at the heart of our business model and we thoroughly believe it helps keep costs down.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Our firm engages in the practice of Bankruptcy law in the Federal Courts. Unfortunately they do not employ formal mediation efforts at this point, but we encourage use of these techniques whenever possible because settling a case early can be a win-win for everyone involved.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

Yes, when time and caseload permit.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

The biggest difference clients will see at our firm is our total, unwavering commitment to excellence and service to our clients. The backbone of our firm model is based upon staying small in order to focus on our clients' needs and achieve their goals. We are not a volume practice and do not take every case so that we know all our clients' names and cases and we will not have it any other way. What makes us different will be immediately apparent when the client comes in to meet with us the first time. Our consultations are free, so please try us out and we know you will be glad you did.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We help provide our clients with the facts they need in order to make the best decision for their family. Our website outlines many issues our clients may face and we encourage everyone to read and learn as much as possible in order to make an informed decision. You can't make an informed decision unless you know the facts. Let us help you sort them out.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Yes

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Yes. Must be in compliance with bar rules.
