Nathaniel Thompson worked as an associate attorney for two bankruptcy firms prior to starting his own office in 2014. In his four years of learning the ins and outs of bankruptcy Nathaniel has seen a lot of situations and can apply his experience to you.
Nathaniel enjoys assisting his clients and will take time to advise you appropriately. After all you always win a fight you avoid. Please see my website blog to read different articles related to bankruptcy.
When finances are tight it can be tempting to try to negotiate a bankruptcy yourself or use a petition preparer (non-attorney drafts and petition and you file it). Nathaniel has witnessed other cases where a person was unrepresented or even worse given poor advice from a petition preparer. It is not fun to see these cases nor is it good to be the person in such a situation. So if you are thinking a bankruptcy might be needed please call or email me so you can obtain the proper advice and get through your case as painless as possible.

I was born and raised in the southeast Kansas community of Neodesha. Growing up I always knew I wanted to be an attorney and did whatever I could to help prepare myself. After obtaining my law degree I immediately moved to Denver and have made Colorado my home. I enjoy the climate and outdoor activities Colorado offers. Colorado truly has it all. My goal now is to do whatever I can to contribute as a meaningful member of the community.
