Ms. Hall graduated from The George Washington University Law School, Washington, DC with Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law, specializing in Immigration Law (2003). Ms. Hall is also a graduate of The International Law Institute, Washington, DC (2002); and Comenius University, Faculty of Law, Bratislava, Slovakia (Magistra Legum, 2002).
