Over 20 years experience handling matrimonial (divorce) and family law (custody, visitation, child support) matters. Having litigated more cases than I can recall, I am a firm believer in negotiating settlements whenever possible. It is much better for people facing divorce or other family law matters to resolve their issues themselves with the help of lawyers (accountants and therapists as necessary) rather than have the Court decide for you.
Attorney for more than 30 years.
Also represent families with health care proxy/ end-of-life issues.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
Simply put, I love real estate and I love helping people through the process of buying or selling their homes. An anxious time, but also a time of hope and change. My passion for helping people extends to my family law practice where I am able to guide most of my clients toward settlement terms that enable their families to move forward.
A firm commitment to representing clients in a pragmatic fashion with an eye on resolution. For my real estate practice, this positive and competent manner ensures contracts are prepared on a timely basis and issues anticipated and resolved to enable a smooth closing. In my family law practice, my ability to see the big picture allows my clients to move beyond potential road blocks to settlement, while paving a structure within which to move forward.
Attention to detail, responsive to telephone calls from brokers, mortgagees, title companies and clients alleviates much anxiety surrounding the purchase and sale of real estate and in my family law practice.
