I have ten years experience solving complex legal problems and providing high-quality advice to individuals and businesses, large and small. I graduated in 2004 from Georgetown University Law Center, a top-twenty law school located in Washington, D.C.
I specialize in helping professionals, including: doctors, dentists, veterinarians, architects, and engineers, to start their practices and avoid legal conflicts with the government and their competitors. I have specialized experience in drafting and reviewing non-compete agreements and litigating disputes over trade secrets and unfair competition claims.
Where other lawyers give up, either because the problem is too complicated or technical, I find practical solutions to get my clients where they want to go.

My practice is to help people and businesses who want to be treated with respect and be understood by their attorney. I have experience working with doctors, accountants, engineers, and other professionals who need a lawyer that understands their business and their profession. For small businesses and professionals, it is critical to have an attorney that is willing to take the time to understand their needs and find practical solutions.
How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
One of the first cases I worked on was a lawsuit by a technology company against two electrical engineers who quit their jobs to start a competing business. My work resulted in a lawsuit and a $2.8 million judgment against the engineers, which destroyed their new business.
With better legal counsel and representation, things could have been very different. Today, I am committed to helping entrepreneurs avoid similar nightmares and realize their dreams.
What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others
I have worked on many complicated cases that other lawyers passed on because the work was too complicated, or outside their narrow range of experience.
Because of my broad experience in litigation and transactional work, I can diagnose the problem and find the best solution where other lawyers fail because of over-specialization.
What distinguishes your law firm from others?
Modern technology, including document storage and search tools make it possible for small firms such as mine to tackle even the most complicated and difficult cases. If you have a case at a large firm, and you feel like your costs and fees are out of control, please come and talk to me. I have flexible fee schedules and will work with you on a strategy that can bring results without breaking the bank.
