When Winning Means Everything
The Law Office of Joel J. Humphries is an established Social Security Disability law practice that provides legal representation, legal advice, and assistance to claimants who are seeking Social Security Disability benefits and or need assistance with the process that they began on their own. We are a focused law practice, Social Security Disability Law is all we do.

Our managing attorney, Mr. Joel Humphries, has worked exclusively as a Social Security Disability Attorney for the last 8 years. Prior to becoming a disability advocate, Mr. Humphries practiced in other areas such as civil litigation and real estate. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill Law School in Chapel Hill, NC (2006). Mr. Humphries also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (2003) as well as a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science (2003) from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC. He is a current member of the Georgia Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association.

As a Disability Advocate, Mr. Humphries has successfully represented thousands of Social Security Disability claimants throughout the United States including Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, New York, Michigan, Massachusetts, Texas and other states throughout the U.S.

Building on his extensive experience and professional expertise, Mr. Humphries continuously strives to obtain a successful optimal outcome for all claimants he represents. Over the years, he has observed that the Social Security Disability process can be better approached by educating the claimants regarding the process; optimizing claimant file detail; and real-time feedback throughout the case.

"We come to you". Federal Law and/or Statue specifically mandates that any claimant requiring an Administrative Hearing must be given access to a hearing location within 90 miles of their home address of record. Our expert, experienced, Legal staff will prepare, skillfully organize, and submit your individual file for optimal outcome.

We will also do close followup, keep you updated on the progress, and will request any additional documentation as needed. Your Attorney Representative from the Humphries Law firm will carefully prepare you and accompany you to the local hearing scheduled in your area.
