I handle Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability cases.
I handle Social Security Disability claims at all levels.

In some cases, I advise people who just have questions before they actually apply.

I can help at any stage of this process, even before you are denied.

Some people contact me just before their hearing with an Administrative Law Judge. Although I can jump in at any time, waiting to retain me at the last minute will put your claim at a disadvantage. Winning cases take time to develop. Medical records need to be obtained and physician opinions can be helpful.

If you have questions about your claim, please call me at 901-866-9495.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I wanted to merge my extensive medical background into my law practice by helping people win the disability benefits that they deserve.

The compassion that I gained as a Registered Nurse allows me to show genuine concern for my clients, not just their disability case, but to them, personally.

I never lose site of who I am working for, their struggles, and why it is so very critical for them to receive their Social Security Disability benefits.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

I have a unique perspective into my clients' disability claims, because of my medical background. The majority of the ailments that cause disability in my clients, I have helped treat at the hospital bedside.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

The personal attention that you get from ME. You don't get passed off to some national chain. You don't get passed off to a staff member in my office, you get ME. The lawyer that you hired to aggressively and compassionately handle your claim.

Jennifer Foster

Jennifer attended nursing school at Mississippi County Community College in Blytheville, Arkansas while working in an accounting firm. Years later, she received her Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management from Crichton College in Memphis, TN. She attended night school and worked as a nurse on the weekends. Jennifer uses this same work ethic to help her clients obtain the benefits they deserve.

After working as a Registered Nurse in Memphis and Nashville, Jennifer saw the pain and worry of patients with debilitating diseases and the affect it had on both the patient and the family. She saw her patients worry about their families and their financial future. She had a goal to help them beyond the bedside and decided to go to law school. After graduating from the Nashville School of Law, she opened The Law Office of Jennifer L. Foster to realize that goal.
