Dana Moon Dorsett

Ms. Dorsett is the founding member of Moon & Dorsett PC.

She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Political Theory. Prior to and while attending law school, she owned and managed retail stores located in Brentwood, Rancho Palos Verdes, and South Coast Plaza.

She received her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law. At USC Gould School of Law, Ms. Dorsett served as the Managing Editor of Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal.

While in law school, Ms. Dorsett published an article "Hate Speech Debate and Free Expression" in the law journal with Dean Erwin Chemerinsky as her note adviser.

She was admitted to the California Bar in 1996 and has been practicing continuously since then.

She was President of the Korean Community Lawyers Association for the term 2012-2013. She has been serving as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court since 1998, as well as serving as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Santa Monica Bar Association and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Diversity in the Profession Committee. She served as a Voluntary Settlement Officer for Los Angeles County Superior Court from 2009 to 2013. She is a panel member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service for Commercial Landlord-tenant, Complex Real Estate Litigation, and Business Litigation Panels.
