Brad was sworn into the California and Illinois bar's in the summer of 2009. During that time he was deeply disturbed by the bailout of the big banks on Wall Street. Mr. Weil felt that if the banks were bailed out the people on Main street should also be bailed out and he started to look for ways he could help the individual that was being crushed by the banks. During his first year of practice Mr. Weil worked in both loan modification practices and bankruptcy practices and he saw that bankruptcy was the answer to most people who were losing there homes in the financial crises. The Law office of Brad Weil opened its doors on September 1, 2010 in the City of Carson, California. The mission of the office is to help struggling homeowners stay in their home through the use of the bankruptcy system. If the individual cannot afford to stay in the home we will buy them as much time as possible.
Brad Weil is a resident of the City of Carson. He is a graduate of Los Angeles Harbor College and Banning high school in Wilmington California.
