Donald Leeth

Donald M. Leeth is a sole practitioner in Stroudsburg Pennsylvania. Since 2004 he has helped clients in Monroe, Pike, and Northampton Counties in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, alimony, landlord and tenant actions, wills and estates, consumer protection and general litigation. He has served the Stroudsburg community as a Public Defender, Assistant District Attorney, Domestic Relations Support Advocate and as counsel for the Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department. He is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania District Attorney's Association.

Donald M. Leeth received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oklahoma State University in 1995. He obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1998 from the Oklahoma City University - School of Law. During law school he completed an internship with Major John Adams of the JAG Corps. at Fort Dix, NJ and served as a law clerk for Joseph Carnell of Carnell & Associates in Oklahoma City, OK.

After law school he relocated to Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania and served as an assistant public defender in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. As a public defender he assisted indigent clients and juveniles in criminal matters, mental health proceedings, dependency hearings, protection from abuse matters, and child support proceedings.

In November, 1999 he accepted appointment to the Monroe County District Attorney's Office. As an assistant district attorney he has represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in thousands of criminal matters ranging from summary traffic violations to capital murder trials. He has prosecuted more than 75 trials including 9 murder trials. In 2002, Donald M. Leeth entered private practice with the firm of Primrose, Lyons & Quigley, a general practice firm located in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Since entering private practice, he has continued to serve as an assistant District Attorney in Monroe County.

In 2004, Donald M. Leeth opened his own law office in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. He is dedicated to building personal relationships with his clients to ease the stress and uncertainty of the legal process. While experienced in a number of areas in the law, his practice focuses on Family Law. As a husband and father he understands that nothing is more important than family and the well-being of children. As an attorney, he has helped hundreds of clients navigate their way through the legal process of separation, custody, support, and divorce.
