Having practiced family law, landlord tenant law, subrogation and bankruptcy law, we knew it was important to select only one area of practice. We learned early on that you simply cannot be everything to everyone. So, we decided upon the area of bankruptcy law as our only area of practice.
Bankruptcy law allows us to assist our clients in a most rewarding and positive way. When the burden of debt is lifted from the shoulders of clients, they are finally able to enjoy their life and family again. With the filing of a bankruptcy petition, relief is immediately available to a client.
At the Law Firm of Seymour and Associates, we have represented literally thousands of clients in bankruptcy cases. There is probably no bankruptcy situation that our attorneys have not witnessed or handled. We have experience and experience counts.
Law firms that practice a variety of different types of law can never match the experience of attorneys that are involved day in and day out in one particular area of practice. Bankruptcy is too complicated for an attorney to be distracted by other practice areas.
Unlike any other law firm in the CSRA, we only practice bankruptcy law. By doing this we can provide the best service to our clients. The client never has to worry about whether or not their attorney will be in another court covering a divorce trial or an automobile accident. Clients benefit greatly and their court appearances are not continued because of an attorney scheduling conflict. Our clients know our attorneys will be in court to represent them â on time and prepared.
Our attorneys know that bankruptcy is a serious business. Your financial situation deserves the attention of a bankruptcy attorney. While no one wants to file a bankruptcy case, it is often necessary in order to protect a clientâs home, car and wages. It takes time to understand the needs of a bankruptcy client. This cannot be done over a telephone. It cannot be handled via email. A bankruptcy consultation must be conducted in person with an experienced bankruptcy attorney.
