My firm motto is "Personal injury law with a personal touch." I have many years experience practicing in the Superior Court and workers compensation courts throughout the state of New Jersey and many satisfied clients.I am a New Jersey solo practitioner, and approximately 50% of my practice is workers compensation law, and 50% plaintiff's personal injury law. I have helped many, many injured workers get the medical treatment, temporary disability payments, and permanent compensation they deserved and were legally entitled to.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
Ever since I was a kid working summers as a secretary in my father's personal injury law firm, I knew I wanted to be a personal injury attorney and help injured accident victims and injured workers. I was confirmed in my desire to practice in these areas when, in law school at the University of Michigan Law School, I won the Book Award in Torts, and then the American Bar Association National Tort Law Essay Contest. (Tort law deals with civil wrongs that cause others harm.)
What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others
I graduated college cum laude from Yale University and in top part of my class in 1987 at the University of Michigan Law School, where I was an editor of the Law Journal and wrote an award-winning Note on medical malpractice. I have over 25 years of experience practicing plaintiff's personal injury law and/or workers compensation.
What distinguishes your law firm from others?
My firm motto is "Personal injury law with a personal touch." I have many years experience practicing in the Superior Court and workers compensation courts throughout the state of New Jersey and many satisfied clients. I take great care with each case and each client. The main difference between my solo law practice and other firms, is that I handle each case personally from beginning to end. The file is never spun off to an associate, paralegal or secretary to handle. Clients have ready access to me at all times through my direct phone, my constantly monitored email, and my "open door" office policy that encourages clients to stop by whenever they feel the need, without an appointment.
