Krutch Lindell Bingham Jones was founded in 1957 by retired shareholders Dick Krutch and Rocky Lindell with the goal of providing high quality, personalized and affordable legal services, in a wide variety of practice areas.
The extensive experience of our attorneys, combined with our relatively small size, allows the firm to continue serving that original goal today. The firm's attorneys including Tom Bingham and Jeff Jones represent clients in matters including wrongful death, personal injury, professional negligence, product liability and aviation accident litigation arising from air crash accidents of commercial, military, and general aviation aircraft (both national and international). Attorneys including Greg Petrie represent clients in construction and commercial arbitrations, real estate foreclosures, real property disputes, and probate litigation. All of the firm's lawyers are actively involved in the use of alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration on behalf of clients and in service to the legal community.
Mr. Jones limits his practice to representation of injured persons, including aviation, construction injury, wrongful death, complex product liability, maritime, professional negligence and other personal injury claims. Mr. Jones has a particular interest in representing persons with brain injuries, and is a consultant to a local rehabilitation facility for brain-injured individuals. He is the past Co-Chair of the Aviation Section of the King county Bar Association.
Mr. Jones graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University in 1974, and earned his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 1977. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the East King County Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Jones is a frequent lecturer on matters of trial practice, is a contributing author to the Washington State Bar Association Auto Accident Desk Book, and has frequently been asked to serve in the capacity of arbitrator and judge pro tempore.
Thomas W. Bingham
Mr. Bingham limits his practice to representation of injured persons, including aviation, complex product liability, wrongful death and other personal injury cases.
A member of the firm's aviation department, Mr. Bingham has represented clients in litigation involving aviation accidents occurring in various jurisdictions throughout the United States, Canada and Europe, and has been admitted to practice law and try aviation cases in various jurisdictions throughout the United States. He is a past president of the Aviation Section of the King County Bar Association.
Mr. Bingham obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Whitman College and graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 1977. He is a member of the King County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association, and is frequently invited to lecture in the area of Aviation Law.
