Mrs. Kramer received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics from the University of Dayton prior to attending the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. She was admitted to practice law before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and other lower state courts in 2002.
Stephanie Kramer was an attorney with the Disability Law Clinic and received the Public Interest Advocacy Award from the Miller Center for Public Interest Advocacy in 2002 in honor of her work. Mrs. Kramer was a staff attorney for Neighborhood Legal Services Association, representing indigent clients in various civil matters. She later worked for regional and international financial institutions, where she assisted clients with a variety of personal financial matters, such as estate and trust administration and planning. She also worked on various municipal finance deals and assisted small business owners.
Mrs. Kramer worked for a medium-sized private firm in Pittsburgh before establishing Kramer Legal Advisors, LLC in 2013.
