Immigration Law
It is the mission of our office to keep families together, provide prosperous employment opportunities, and open educational pathways to persons seeking either a temporary or permanent stay in the United States.
What you can expect from our office:

Document Preparation and Review
- Our office can request and prepare important documents requested by USCIS
- We give you a timeline and ample warning of the evidence required so that your visa is not delayed
- We make sure your required forms are accurate and complete to the best of our ability

Interview Preparation
- We prepare clients for their Consulate interviews. You want to know where you should be, when to schedule your interview, and most importantly, what to bring with you on the day of your interview to avoid delay. We can discuss the most common interview questions, so that you are prepared to answer accurately and completely the first time.

After the Interview
- We help clients make sure they get their green card or visas in a timely manner and inform clients of potential travel problems before entering the United States.
- Some people will be informed at their Consulate interview that they are inadmissible to the United States. If this happens, you may be eligible for a waiver. We do that too!
