Roger Kohn is a Past President of the Chittenden County Bar Association, and is a former Chair of the Vermont Bar Association Worker's Compensation Committee. Beth Danon is a Past President of the Vermont Association for Justice (formerly called the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association). Robert Appel was the Executive Director of the Vermont Human Rights Commission for eleven years before joining the firm, and was Vermont's Defender General, appointed by the Governor to supervise all state public defenders.
