Workers' Compensation is often a frustrating process. If you get injured on the job, it is not always obvious what needs to be done to protect yourself. Workers' Compensation claims are often denied by the employer therefore it is important to file the proper paperwork in time and obtain the necessary evidence. Failure to do so may prevent you from receiving the benefits you deserve. We work hard to get you the treatment you need and the compensation you deserve. We understand how stressful the process can be and strive to do everything we can to keep you informed every step of the way. With a dedicated group of lawyers and staff, we will always be available to answer your questions.

Our experience also includes helping those with severe impairments obtain Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits. When you become injured, or your impairments become so severe that you can no longer work, sometimes your only option is to file for disability benefits. With our experience and knowledge, we can help you get those benefits. We take pride in our commitment in helping those who can no longer work due to their injuries or disabilities.

Workers Compensation
Filing a workers' compensation claim is not an easy process, and many work injury victims do not know what their options are or what benefits they deserve.
Have you or someone you love been injured in a workplace accident? Do you need assistance getting the workers' compensation benefits you are entitled to? Most Ohio employers are required to provide workers' compensation insurance for employees. In exchange, Ohio workers relinquish their right to sue their employer. However, even if you're entitled to Ohio workers' compensation benefits, you won't automatically be paid. A claim must be filed and you must prove your case.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Dylan Knisley

Dylan has been a practicing attorney since 2015, when he passed the Ohio Bar and joined the family firm. His focus has been on helping injured workers and the disabled with practice areas including Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury.

As a Claimant's attorney, Dylan enjoys helping people get the benefits they deserve. This includes getting treatments approved, such as MRIs and surgeries and compensation paid, such as temporary total disability and wage loss compensation. Dylan also has a passion for helping those obtain access to their Social Security Disability. When someone in the household can no longer go to work, it can be detrimental to the family. Having access to Social Security Disability, for many, is the difference between being homeless or not. That is why Dylan treats each case with honesty, integrity, empathy, and dedication.

Dylan also enjoys helping those get fair compensation from insurance companies when dealing with a personal injury action. This includes fair compensation that covers medical expenses, pain and suffering, and lost income due to the negligence of others, such as car accidents, bicycle accidents, or dog bites.

Dylan is the son of Dan Knisley, a managing partner, and the grandson of Scott Knisley, the founder of Knisley Law Offices. Since 1953, Knisley Law Offices have been fighting for injured workers' rights. With the grandsons, Kurt and Dylan, the Knisley's will continue to fight for claimant's access to treatment and compensation for years to come.
