What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Most cases settle. That is the reality of personal injury claims. 95% of all personal injury cases settle at some point prior to going to trial. However, if an attorney undertakes to represent a client with the intent of settlement of the case, the initial focus is all wrong and the claim will not be settled for maximum value for what it is worth. From the day your case is opened, the investigation, witness interviews, obtaining all medical records, legal research and all of the other many details should be prepared to focus your case to go to trial. If this is not the approach to your claim, the true value of the case will not be realized because it was prepared to settle rather than prepared to go to trial. The only assumption that should be made about the case at its inception and through every step in the claim is that it will go to trial and therefore the necessary work must be put into the case, every step of the case, focused on going to trial so that if the case does settle maximum value is obtained for you the client.
