stripping off two second mortgages and cramming down a first mortgage on an

Judgment for plaintiff client after bench trial of full amount sought in complaint.

Client facing up to life in prison for drug offenses sentenced to a suspended sentence with no jail time served.

Mr. Brennan ran a small business for eight years prior to pursuing his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and then law (JD) degree.
