Brian King

Brian W. King is the senior partner and managing attorney of King Law Offices, PLLC. He has been practicing law for more than a decade, and is a lifelong resident of Rutherford County, North Carolina. Brian is a member of the North and South Carolina bars, and maintains active cases in both states. Brian is a graduate of Campbell Law School and completed his undergraduate degree at University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

In 2009, Brian became a North Carolina Certified Family Law Specialist. He is one of a small select group of North Carolina Family Law attorneys who have achieved this distinction. This recognition requires an extensive peer review process and a separate North Carolina State Bar exam.

John B. Crotts is a Partner at King Law Offices. Brandon Jaynes

Brittany Waters

Attorney Brittany Waters graduated with honors from NC State University and received her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law. While attending law school, she was a member of the Public Interest Law Group and was selected to participate in Susie Sharp Inn of Court as a student representative. Prior to attending Law School, Ms. Waters worked as a Social Worker for Child Protective Services in Cleveland County and as a Medical Social Worker in Mecklenburg County. Ms. Waters is the current President of the Cleveland County Bar Association, as well as the President of the 27B Judicial District Bar.

Ms. Waters is a college football enthusiast, is actively involved with community in Cleveland County, and is on the Board of Directors of the Abuse Prevention Counsel in Cleveland County.

Ms. Waters' primary practice focuses on Child Custody and Support, Separation and Divorce, and Criminal matters in our Shelby Office.

Hannah Miller

Attorney Hannah Miller is an associate attorney with King Law Offices, PLLC. She works primarily from the Hickory, North Carolina office. Hannah is a native and resident of Hickory, North Carolina. Hannah currently practices in the areas of criminal law, family law, and estate planning.

In 2007, Hannah graduated summa cum laude from Appalachian State University with a Bachelors of Science in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology and Social Control. Hannah interned at the District Attorney's Office of Judicial District 25 in Catawba County. Hannah graduated cum laude from North Carolina Central University in 2010. Throughout her law school career, she interned at Corne & Cilley, PLLC of Newton, NC and Legal Aid of North Carolina of Morganton, NC. While in law school, Hannah was a member of the Journal of Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Law. Since passing the North Carolina Bar Exam, Hannah served as a Child Advocate for the Guardian ad Litem program Catawba County, and practiced law in Shelby, North Carolina.
