How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

When I was in law school, one of my professors pointed out that the bankruptcy law had been significantly amended. As a result, older lawyers would not have a significant advantage over neophyte lawyers.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I believe the better educated the client, the better outcome of my representation.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I am always willing to review my client's material.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I am willing to advise clients on the law.
