When red and blue lights appear behind you, remember that you are not alone. You have access to answers and attorneys who will ask the right questions on your behalf. Take advantage of the years of criminal law experience available to you at KGB.
Being arrested and charged with a crime is an intimidating and stressful experience that can result in criminal conviction, jail or prison time, fines, and a wide range of other penalties. Often, an individual can lose their way in the criminal justice system and may not understand what is happening to them, or the rights that he or she may be giving up. Questions need to be answered. What am I being charged with? What is the evidence against me? How strong is the Government's case? What penalties will I be facing if convicted? What are my legal options? Concern and fear of losing one's liberty, livelihood, and being taken advantage of is natural. However, you do not have to live with that fear.

The attorneys at Keffer Gilley Barnhart can advise you about the criminal justice system and aid you in making the best decision regarding your case. All our attorneys are experienced criminal law practitioners, and will aggressively pursue your interests throughout the entire process. Our attorneys have handled cases from misdemeanor Criminal Trespass to Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Causing Death. Through this experience, the attorneys at KGB understand that no case is the same. Expect that your attorney will not only tell you about your case and its ramifications, but also how the case might affect other aspects of your life, so that you can make informed decisions.

If you have already been convicted of a crime and feel that your conviction was a mistake, in error, or based on faulty evidence, contact Keffer Gilley Barnhart. The team at Keffer Gilley Barnhart also handles criminal appeals and post-conviction relief (PCR) petitions. Our attorneys have experience handling PCRs at the trial court and appellate levels.

A criminal case and its consequences are not one-size-fits-all, and neither are attorneys. Your attorney should not just know the law, but they should know you and serve as your guide through the legal system. KGB offers a free consultation to discuss your case, and how it uniquely affects you.
A DUI arrest can have significant, life-altering consequences. You deserve to have attorneys with experience in handling every type of DUI offense. Contact Keffer Gilley Barnhart and put our years of experience handling DUI cases to work for you.
A DUI arrest is always an unexpected and potentially embarrassing situation. When faced with a DUI, it is normal for someone to wonder what is going to happen next. How will a DUI effect my job, my license, and my life, are all natural concerns. After all, drunk driving is a politically and emotionally charged crime, and even first time offenders can face significant criminal penalties.

The attorneys at Keffer Gilley Barnhart have years of experience handling thousands of DUI cases. As former government lawyers, the attorneys at KGB have educated law enforcement officers on DUI law and trained other prosecutors on the nuances of DUI prosecution. And the attorneys at Keffer Gilley Barnhart have personally handled DUI cases ranging from sobriety checkpoint DUI arrests to Operating While Intoxicated Causing Death. Our experience gives us the knowledge to evaluate the detailed circumstances surrounding your case. And, where needed, we know how to challenge evidence (including the breath test machine or blood testing), contest administrative license suspensions, and obtain the right expert witnesses.

The attorney that you choose may have a significant impact on what happens to you, your license, and even your job. The KGB team understands that a single mistake should not define who you are. And having been prosecutors that have convicted individuals of drunk driving, the team at Keffer Gilley Barnhart understands what the Government will do to obtain your conviction. Shouldn't you have that knowledge on your side? Contact Keffer Gilley Barnhart today for a free initial consultation.
