Jeffrey Kaufman

Attorney Jeffrey Kaufman, a Georgia native, has been practicing personal injury law since 1977. For nearly three decades, Mr. Kaufman has dedicated his life to achieving positive results on behalf of accident victims throughout the state. Due to his devotion for improving the lives of others, Mr. Kaufman has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. Before founding Kaufman Law and dedicating his life to judiciary work, Mr. Kaufman attended Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Upon completion of his undergraduate coursework, Mr. Kaufman attended Mercer University where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1977. Since then, he has worked hard to secure positive outcomes for those injured by reckless, careless, or negligent individuals. Currently, he holds memberships in various associations, including the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association.

Mark Stuckey

Backed by more than 22 years of legal experience, Attorney Mark Stuckey is devoted to standing by the sides of those in need of compassionate and determine representation. Although he understands a wide range of practice areas, Mr. Stuckey focuses majority of his practice handling cases, involving personal injury matters, medical malpractice issues, and premises liability matters. Because he is passionate about fighting for the rights of others, Mr. Stuckey holds memberships in various associations, including the American Association for Justice and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

Prior to joining Kaufman Law, Mr. Stuckey attended Emory University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Following his undergraduate studies, he enrolled in the law school program at Emory University and completed his Juris Doctorate. Since then, he has safeguarded the rights of his clients both inside and outside the courtroom.

Meredith Parrish

In 2013, Attorney Meredith Parrish rejoined Kaufman Law to focus her efforts on defending the rights of injured individuals. Her commitment to her clients has allowed her to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills it takes to obtain positive results for each accident victim that entrusts her with their case. Currently, Ms. Meredith is admitted to practice in all Georgia Superior and State Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court. In addition, she holds memberships in various associations, including the Georgia State Bar, the American Association for Justice, and the Trial Lawyers Association.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Parrish attended the University of Georgia where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Shortly after graduating, she enrolled at Georgia State University's College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate, graduating in the top third of her class. After graduating law school, Ms. Parrish joined Teach For America and had the honor of teaching second grade. Her passion for people has allowed her to become a devoted and compassionate attorney.
