How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Attorney John Kannin has dedicated his intellect, skill, and experience to help injured people in our community when he saw insurance companies and large powerful organizations using their powers to diminish the rights of the injured people, the people they had led to believe would be protected by their powers but were instead diminished and in some cases even victimized. Money being the motivating force behind the insurance companies' and large powerful organizations' decisions and actions that leave people less than whole, hurt, and not fairly compensated for their losses.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

Often times the person responsible for harming you, or their insurance company or the government agency they work for refuses to accept responsibility for the harms they caused. John Kannin IV has been there for people who find themselves in this situation. John has been the lead attorney on sixty-three (63) jury trials JJK IV's proven ability to take your case to trial, something many other attorneys do not want to or will not do, gives you an advantage and separates him from the herd of competitors and T.V. attorneys who might be good at getting money for you in easy cases but are not always around when the going gets tough. We will be there for you! Some of our best results have come in those cases where the injured person was facing an uphill battle against difficult odds. Take a look at our verdicts and settlements page to see the results John and his team have achieved for our clients.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We the people, attorneys and support staff, are a community resource here ready to be your access to the civil justice system. In many cases injured people find themselves locked out of the system. Fighting for these people has been what makes us different from the herd of competitors. Because we have a proven track record of successful results in difficult cases, the results we achieve in those more routine cases, where liability is clearly defined and the at fault party accepts responsibility, are enhanced as those that we are dealing with on your behalf know what's ahead of them if they lowball, drag their feet, and work to diminish you . . . so come to where the people matter. We are smart, effective and hardworking. Also very accessible and available, our office is close to the freeway and parking is free!!!
