Luna Law Firm, PC handles primarily family law cases, particularly child custody and divorce. We focus on legal issues involving families and strive to make the legal process the least stressful it can be for our clients and their families.
I started the Luna Law Firm, PC in 2010 in Reno, Nevada with the goal of developing a divorce, child custody, and family law firm focused on excellent customer service. As an attorney, I wanted a firm that would educate clients, understand their needs, and put the person back in the legal process. We are constantly working to improve our client services and looking for new ways to better educate our clients to make the legal process less intimidating for them.
Due to client confidentiality and respect for our clients, their children and families, I have not provided case profiles.

Divorce and child custody matters have been my focus since the beginning of my career. I enjoy working with families and helping them find ways to work together for the best interest of their children.
As an attorney, I believe it is my responsibility to educate my clients on the law and the court process. We provide information in the beginning of cases and throughout on both the law and the process for clients. I encourage clients to be informed and to understand their cases and the law as it impacts that case.
I am willing to review settlement agreements and the related documents associated with that settlement with clients for an hourly rate for cases in Nevada. In cases where the parties are attempting to settle their divorce or child custody issue, I also am willing to assist with educating them on the law and the issues of their case before and during the mediation process.
Often during consultations or for former clients, I am happy to give some advice on the legal process and direct them to forms for Nevada. I blog on a regular basis about child custody and divorce in Nevada with the intention of providing information that may help pro per individuals and even my own clients.
• Logar Pulver, Associate January 2007 until August 2010
• Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Family Law Unit Supervisor, January 2001 until December 2006
My employment at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid really impacted my skills as an attorney. The training I received there from continuing education to learning from other lawyers and their respective clients gave me a wealth of experience in helping people with the law. I also had the opportunity to attend amazing trainings on trial skills and was able to gain experience through representation of clients at a large number of trials, hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings.
I feel my strengths include my ten years of experience in complex custody cases. In addition, I have a lot of compassion for clients and try to remember that each case is different. I place a lot of focus in my practice to tailoring each case to the individual client whether that is settlement, trial, or otherwise.Personal interests:
I have a life-long love of horses, which includes experience in riding, showing horses, and teaching horsemanship to underprivileged children. In addition to my affinity with horses, I have become an avid seamstress since teaching myself to sew in 2006. I design many of my own patterns and enjoy honing my craft.
