Criminal Law
Have you been accused of committing a crime? Stand up for your rights. You need a dedicated and experienced criminal defense attorney who will represent you forcefully and wisely in the face of prosecution accusations. Tom Jubin has more than 25 years of experience serving clients in criminal cases, providing top-notch representation with proven results.

Beginning with an acquittal in his first felony jury trial in 1987, Tom Jubin has continued to achieve success for numerous clients in criminal cases. Following a term as the prosecuting attorney in Platte County, Wyoming, Tom returned to defending accused persons with added experience to make him a more effective advocate for his clients. His attention to detail and thoughtful approach has made him effective with a winning mix of tactics and aggressive representation. He has succceeded in preventing charges and in obtaining the early dismissal of charges in cases involving drug interdiction highway traffic stops, bank fraud and public official misconduct allegations. He accepts cases throughout Wyoming and in federal courts.

Ensuring your freedom:
Jubin & Zerga LLC is devoted to protecting our clients' freedom. We strongly challenge prosecution efforts to prove their case, and do everything in our power to avoid conviction or reduce any sentence that might be imposed. At Jubin & Zerga LLC, we know that witness may be biased or may lie, crime scenes can be misleading, and police officers can make mistakes. We investigate to ensure that we have the full picture. We can use experts and forensic consultants to examine the alleged crime scene thoroughly, searching for evidence that can help prove your innocence. We also pore over police records and we can bring in experts to challenge the prosecution's theories. Nothing is more important than your freedom. If you want a defense attorney who is dedicated to your case, you should talk to Tom.

All Types of Criminal Cases:
Jubin & Zerga LLC represents clients in a wide variety of criminal matters, including primarily State
and Federal felony charges and indictments.

Felonies:
If you have been charged with a felony, it is essential that you retain an experienced criminal defense attorney to zealously defend you in court. Felonies are the most serious crimes - such as murder, drug trafficking, conspiracy, fraud, money laundering and burglary. Felony convictions also have the most serious consequences. A person convicted of a felony faces a sentence of at least one year in a state or federal prison, and may be confined for life. In addition, convicted felons are stripped of many of the rights guaranteed to American citizens, including the right to vote, the right to travel out of the country and the right to own a gun. Convicted felons also have to disclose their crimes on job applications and can be deported if they are not American citizens.

How your felony charge is defended can make all the difference in your life and the life of your family. Jubin & Zerga LLC has experience handling a wide variety of felony charges and is committed to attaining the best possible outcome for you.

Misdemeanors:
Misdemeanors are crimes such as disorderly conduct, simple assault, drug possession and trespassing that are punishable by less than a year in jail. Although misdemeanors are less serious than felonies, having a misdemeanor conviction on your criminal record can limit your employment options and can result in a jail sentence. Ensure that you receive top representation by hiring Jubin & Zerga LLC to represent you.

Motor vehicle offenses:
If you have been charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving with a suspended license or vehicular manslaughter, the Jubin & Zerga LLC can help you.

Drug crimes:
Charges of trafficking, distributing or possession of illegal substances can result in heavy fines and extended time in jail. You can rely on our knowledge of drug crimes and our history of successful results to help eliminate or minimize the charges against you.
