Law Office of Joshua Katz

Firm Overview

After being a partner at a large Sonoma County firm, I began my own firm in 2003 to concentrate on helping injured people. I represent people who have suffered injury -- physical, economic, emotional -- as a result of someone else's conduct.

Example cases

My cases range from representing a statewide class of workers who were not paid properly to individuals who suffer serious injuries in auto accidents.

Joshua Katz

After graduating from law school in 1989, I practiced in Washington, D.C. I moved to California in 1998 and was an associate and then a partner at what was then the largest firm in Sonoma County. I left in 2003 to set up my current office.

I have broad experience ranging from smaller cases such as an unlawful detainer, and large law suits such as class actions and mass torts.

I like to get to know each client to fully understand their injuries and needs.

Personal interests:

When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my wife and two children.
