Brett Joshpe

Brett Joshpe graduated from Cornell University as a Government major with Distinction in All Subjects in 2002 and from Harvard Law School with a JD in 2005. After law school, he worked as a corporate attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, one of the top Wall Street firms in the world. He is also a published author, has written for various publications, including USA Today and Investors' Business Daily. He is a Contributor to Forbes Online and has a regular column called "The Politics of Law." He has appeared on national television and radio programs. His practice areas span from the corporate and transactional side to litigation, dispute resolution, and complex negotiations. He also represents whistleblowers.

Edward Paltzik
