Hi! I'm Samuel, and I am totally excited for the opportunity to represent you.

While a student at The Ohio State University, I studied Political Science, Spanish, Slavic and Eastern European Studies, Security/Intel, and National Defense. I am competent to conversant in Spanish (though sometimes I mix up the future perfect and conditional perfect conjugations).

While at the University of Baltimore School of Law, I served both as a Student Government Association representative and as a Student Bar Association representative.

Now I work with Mr. Joseph Williams. During my time with him, he has been teaching me the right way to represent clients, not the easy way or the quick way. We don't cut corners. We treat every client with respect. I am in contact with my clients as often as practically possible. After all, the whole point of this is for me to work with you. The only way I can do that is by having open lines of communication.

I hope that this has helped you learn a little bit about me and what I bring to the table. I look forward to hearing from you!

Joseph T.F. Williams

I work hard, I care about my clients, and I am honest. I have over 39 years of litigation experience. I worked as Managing Attorney for USF&G. I know how defense lawyers think. I know what motivates them to settle cases. Now, I represent only plaintiffs, the persons who have been injured or killed, and their families.

Trying cases is hard work. There is a great deal of preparation involved. There is a great deal of knowledge involved. Becoming a successful trial lawyer requires practice, hard work, and determination. I have tried hundreds of cases.

I am proud of my AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. This honor reflects my four decades of experience. I am honest with my clients, and aggressive in my representation of those clients. My reputation for honesty, hard work, and fairness in the legal field is important to me.

My timeline:

1977 - I started the first Racquetball Club in Maryland, the Towson Court Club, with partner Leroy Merritt.

1978 to Present - I have practiced law in all courts in Maryland.

1986 - I accepted the position of Managing Attorney with USF&G Insurance Company. I oversaw the in-house trial office and tried cases for defendants/insureds.

2002 to 2016: I founded Williams and Santoni with Senior Trial Counsel Jane Santoni.

2016 to Present: I founded Joseph Williams, LLC. I represent only plaintiffs. I
