Criminal Defense

Dedicated to protecting your constitutional rights

Federal and State Criminal Defense Lawyers, Bret Jordan has a 30 years of criminal defense practice, with an emphasis on felony charges in U.S. Federal District Courts and Northeast Ohio Courts of Common Pleas.

Building a strong defense against serious criminal charges begins with learning about our client's needs for themselves and their family. We then analyze the details of your case; police reports, search warrant(s), witness statements and other documents. The details of the case are reanalyzed either individually by the responsible attorney or by multiple attorneys through a team approach. As a client you will be fully informed of the strengths and weaknesses of your case so you can make an intelligent decision as to whether to go to trial or resolve the case. If your case goes to trial, you have successful, strong advocates fighting for a not-guilty verdict.
