Personal Injury
We only represent the victims of medical malpractice in catastrophic injury and death cases.
We handle birth injury cases ranging from birth asphyxia, Erb's Palsy, kernicterus, preeclampsia, fetal-maternal hemorrhage, cerebral palsy, uterine rupture, vaginal birth after cesarean section, placental abruption, shoulder dystocia, bilirubemia, spastic quadriplegia and hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.

We also handle cases involving a delay in the diagnosis of cancer. Our cases include breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, brain cancer, thyroid cancer, kidney cancer and bladder cancer.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

In 1993, I represented the victim of a bus accident who was severely brain damaged. From that point on, there was no other area of law that I wanted to practice.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

An informed, educated client is an ideal client. I keep clients informed by sending them copies of all letters, motions, pleadings and discovery responses.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I am always willing to review legal documents prepared by clients if they want to proceed pro se in a law suit.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I am willing to give advice to clients who represent themselves, but the best advice for such clients is to retain a lawyer.

My best life experience is being the father of three beautiful children.

I focus all of my energy and commitment to less than twelve cases of substantial and catastrophic injuries at a time. By working on a limited number of cases, I can get the best results.
