The practice of law is a service to others. My choice is to practice in areas of law that make a difference and that can help you feel better about your situation with a brighter outlook on life and your future.
My commitment to you is to provide:
Superior legal representation - I am known as a straight-shooter. I will not "candy coat" your case. As your attorney, I believe it is my duty to provide sound advice and counsel that will guide you to the best possible financial outcome. Anything less is unacceptable!
Individualized client services - I treat each case as if it were my only case. If you pay for services you deserve to get your money's worth! My philosophy is to treat my clients with the dedication they deserve. My goal is to earn the money I am paid and that requires unwavering dedication to your case.
Effective legal strategy - I will provide you options. You must choose the path. But, I will counsel you on what I believe is your best course of action. I look, not only to the short term, but also to your long term success. Bankruptcy will not do you any good if it does not fix what ails you!
