Customer service and personal relationships are essential to our practice. At our firm, we do not deny our clients service because they cannot pay a large retainer up front. We accept payment plans and can start most cases with a down payment of between $500.00 and $750.00. Your first consultation is free and we do meet with clients after hours and on weekends.

John F. Waldron, Attorney at Law was founded with one goal in mind - to provide high-quality legal services to clients needing assistance with immigration matters. Customer service and personal relationships are essential to our practice.

John Waldron

John F. Waldron was born and raised in Marinette, Wisconsin. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a bachleors degree in history and journalism in 1994, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and served as a Spanish Crytologic Linguist and Analyst from 1995 to 2003. During his military service he was decorated three times, earning a Joint Service Achievement Medal and two Air Force Commendation Medals.

After the Air Force, Mr. Waldron graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2006. During and after law school, he served as a law clerk at Leighton & Leighton P.C., where he worked on cases involving federal tax matters including Offers in Compromise and the development of Non-Profit Corporations (501c3).

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Waldron has been a licensed Texas real estate broker since 2007. His real estate firm, Spiros Realty LLC, provides real estates sales and property management services to real estate investors with interests in San Antonio, Texas. Always interested in education, he teaches media law courses at Our Lady of the Lake University and the University of the Incarnate Word. He and his wife Oralia live in Northwest San Antonio together with their daughter Sara and grandaughter Stephanie.
